We are here to guide you to find what is authentic to you and your practice.  Let us encourage you as you grow and expand your self awareness so that you can make decisions for yourself that are right for your life. 
Our 10 month program will touch on both the physical/technical and the spiritual aspect of Yoga and each persons experience will be deeply personal and private.   We hope you will gain valuable insight from these studies and practices that promise to shift awareness, emotion and help you to see where you get stuck in life.  Yoga {The word "yoga" means to yoke with God) is a lifestyle.
Part of our journey will be looking at religious parts of yoga such as chanting, meditation, ethics, lifestyle and study of Yoga scriptures like the Bhagavad Gita and Patanjali Yoga Sutras.  Yoga is a spiritual practice but is not dependent on a specific religion or doctrine.
Colibre School of Hatha Yoga emphasises self-exploration and self-knowledge.  Yoga is about self-awareness and discovering the divine within, creating a strong sense of self and of human kind.  We hope you will gain personal and powerful insight these studies and your personal practice of yoga.
 You may recieve up to 18 hours of CE's per wing.
The total number of hours once all wings have been completed as well as the remaining contact and noncontact hours will total more then 200 hours. 
You may attend one or all of the wings, our hope is to prepare you to share your love of yoga as you take your practice deeper. 
We are currently working to add more wings for those wishing to continue their practice with us.

Each wing the students have the option of 5 hours in the classroom and will be documented observations of classes, class room assiting and practice time time.

Non Contact Hours

Non Contact hours are made up of assignments, reading, writing or watching DVD’s, reviewing and teaching classes.

This program meets the requirements set down by Yoga Alliance.
The Yoga Alliance is a voluntary registration of Yoga Teachers at both the 200 and the 500 hour level.

Upon completion of each module you will receive a letter of completion.
